1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Sermon Builder AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These services are operated by VERSELINGO COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED.
2. Payments and Merchant of Record
Important Notice: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. All billing information is processed securely by Paddle, and Sermon Builder AI does not store your credit card details on our servers.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Right to Cancel: Under European and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
Digital Content Exception: By purchasing a subscription to Sermon Builder AI and clicking "Get Started," you expressively consent to the immediate supply of digital content. You acknowledge that as soon as you access the AI generation tools or download content, you lose your 14-day right to cancel or request a refund.
Refunds after the initial access are at the sole discretion of Paddle.com and VERSELINGO COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Usage of AI Tools
Sermon Builder AI uses artificial intelligence to assist in sermon preparation. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally generate incorrect or biased information. Users are responsible for fact-checking all biblical references, doctrinal claims, and historical data before preaching or publishing content.
5. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect your email address for account management and "Log Data" for error reporting. Your sermon manuscripts are stored in an encrypted database. We use Google Analytics and Firebase to improve app performance. We do not sell your personal data.
